About The CDR Collective

The CDR Collective is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in permanent office roles.

Established after more than twenty years in recruitment, the Collective was created to provide a considered, relationship-led alternative to traditional agencies — one where clients and candidates are valued as individuals, not transactions.

Technology has its place in modern recruitment, but exceptional hiring is built on judgement, trust, and a deep understanding of people beyond their CVs.

These principles underpin everything I do.

I work as an extension of my clients’ brands, representing who they are, where they are heading, and what makes them unique in the market.

My core focus is permanent office recruitment. Through trusted independent partners, I can also support temporary office hiring, with additional HR and marketing expertise joining the Collective over time.
